ABOUT US
Founded in 1996, The Dartmouth Cords is one of Dartmouth College's premier all-male a cappella ensembles. Dartmouth's finest men have come together to perform a variety of music including rock, pop, hip-hop, country and traditional College favorites for over twenty years.
The Cords arrange their own music and design their own choreography; they perform at all kinds of venues, ranging from Greek houses on campus, to Dartmouth alumni clubs, other colleges and high schools, major sporting events, and even the Lincoln Center!
Each December, the group travels on a winter performance tour. In the past, we have visited New York City, Boston, Washington D.C., Chicago, Princeton, New Haven, Providence, Grand Rapids, Cleveland, and Minneapolis. The group also embarked on an international tour to South Korea in 2011. This year, we are setting our sights for California! Please reach out if you are in the area.
The group released its newest album, Tailor Made, in the spring of 2014. This album, along with their previously recorded music, is currently available on iTunes and Spotify! We have already begun recording a new album which we plan to debut during the 2016 Holiday Season. Keep an eye out!
